Service Description

Matting hurts your dog, and trying to get our all those knots is a painful process for them. It also adds on a lot of time to the groom, which can take away from our ability to get to other dogs in a timely manner. With more frequent grooms, and brushing at home, we can work towards a healthy coat for your pup together! Note: We will do everything in our power to get the knots out - but matting is too intense, the humane thing is to shave the coat, let the coat start over and let the skin breathe. We will not torture a pup, and have the right to refuse service to anyone who insists on de-matting an extreme case rather than shaving.
